Camera-less 8350i Launch Date and new OS Update For 8350i
This just came across in an email so we’re going to pass it onto the rest of you (that actually care).
Nothing exciting, but:
- OS 4.6.1.204 will be posted on Sprint.com/Downloads on 4/3/2009
“Improvements”
- Echo issue. Right…We’ll believe that when we actually see it work unlike the last time Sprint posted an OS saying it would fix the echo
- Remove original message from MMS when replying
- Cursor now defaults to the message body when replying (HUH?)
- Quite and Vibrate profiles will move Direct Connect calls to handset (no chirpy chirpy to bother you when you’re in an important meeting)
- Master Radio Reset will no longer turn off radio (So?)

“The launch date for the BlackBerry Curve 8350i non-camera is 4/12, and it will be available in all channels, with Sprint Retail stores caryring it as a direct ship item.”
